Even in the cold, the softness of spring can be felt.
It's been six months since Tsukiza reopened in September.
Since reopening, we have been offering a different menu each month for our customers to enjoy.
This month, we are offering a special March-only menu that incorporates the changing seasons into each dish.
Today we will introduce our special menu for March.

・Spring cabbage and chicken meatballs simmered in tomato curry
Soft and sweet spring cabbage and fluffy chicken meatballs
Gently simmered in curry with the flavor of ripe tomatoes and aromatic spices.
The sourness of the tomatoes and the richness of the curry come together,
It has a comforting yet lingering taste.

・Sakura steamed sea bream
Sakura sea bream, a seasonal fish that heralds the arrival of spring, is gently steamed until soft and fluffy.
The subtle aroma of cherry blossoms and the refined flavor spread throughout your mouth.
The deliciousness of the plump, soft white meat,
The slight saltiness brings out the deliciousness of the ingredients.
