Hello everyone.
It's March now, but the mornings are still quite chilly, and I still can't put away my coat.
I hope everyone is staying healthy and hasn't caught a cold.
Today, we'll be introducing some of the featured dishes from the buffet restaurant "Tsuki no Za," available only from April to June, that will help you forget about the cold!

Three featured dishes

[Chef's Special Wagyu Beef Nigiri] ~Served with boiled soy sauce and grated ginger~

Our head chef has carefully selected Kuroki Wagyu beef, which we have prepared as nigiri sushi.
The rich, melt-in-your-mouth flavor of the Wagyu beef is enhanced by the fragrant boiled-down soy sauce and refreshing grated ginger.
Please enjoy the harmonious blend of the meat's savory flavor and the vinegared rice.

[Seared bonito sashimi with garnishes (ponzu sauce, grated daikon radish, green onions, garlic, myoga ginger)]

We have prepared sashimi made from the first bonito of the season, lightly seared to perfection.
Ponzu sauce is served with green onions, garlic, and Japanese ginger as condiments, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing flavor.

Our hotel's original pastry chef's creation: [Mousse au Matcha]
