The new employees who joined the company in April have now been with us for about three months, and are growing day by day as they gain experience in their respective departments.

Since joining the company, I have been working on each task while learning the knowledge and skills necessary for customer service, such as how to behave and speak to customers, under the guidance of senior staff members.

Currently, I am learning the role of a room attendant by welcoming guests alongside senior staff members and gaining experience through actual customer service.

Starting in August, I will be working as a room attendant, welcoming guests.

I will cherish what I have learned so far and strive to provide our customers with a pleasant experience through smiles and heartfelt hospitality.

From now on, as a room attendant, I will cherish every encounter with our guests and strive to provide heartfelt hospitality.
