About the Tea Ceremony

Tea ceremony by Arima Geisha

During the experience, you will first observe how an Arima geisha prepares tea in the traditional taterei style.

Matcha tea making

Afterwards, guests will be asked to prepare their own matcha. The experience of preparing matcha using a bamboo whisk is one of the joys of the tea ceremony, and the subtle aroma, vibrant colors, and quiet time are highly praised by many guests.
